HR Support Assistant
An exciting opportunity has arisen at Lincolnshire Police for a HR Support Assistant role in the Human Resource Department. This is the ideal role for those looking to move into a career in Human Resources, as you will deal with many aspects of HR Administration including maintaining accurate employee records and supporting the employee lifecycle. The role will be responsible for supporting and coordinating a wide variety of HR activities and employee relations for the team. You will receive support from the wider HR team to develop your knowledge and skills in respect of both the organisation, and HR matters.
Working Hours – 4 days a week (29 per week)
Monday 08:30 16:30 7.30
Tuesday 08:30 16:30 7.30
Thursday 08:30 16:00 7.00
Friday 08:30 16:00 7.00
