We are looking for someone to #JoinUs as a n Organisational Learning Coordinator at our Learning & Development Department Could you be who we are looking for?
This role focusses on promoting a culture of continuous improvement and sharing best practice across both South Wales Police & within the Learning and Development Department
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Ensuring that lessons learned from operational and organisational policing and critical incidents are embedded into policy, practice, procedure and appropriate L&D learning interventions.
- Assessing and evaluating learning interventions within L&D and providing recommendations for change in line with lessons learned.
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement within L&D processes and procedures.
- Providing support to the L&D Business Partner including onboarding new Police Staff employees who join South Wales Police, the coordination and oversight of a range of learning and development activities, supporting the maturity of our Training Needs Analysis and building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, HR and external organisations.

The successful Candidate must be willing to undergo vetting to RV Vetting.
