NicheRMS Configuration Specialist

Are you a problem-solver who enjoys driving system change and improving processes? We are seeking a NicheRMS Configuration Specialist to provide expert NicheRMS support to the East Midlands and City of London Police Forces.

In this role, you will be responsible for configuring and maintaining the NicheRMS system and its associated interfaces. You will work closely with key stakeholders to review and implement system changes, test new functionality, and provide advice to users and business teams. Your expertise will contribute to the smooth operation of NicheRMS and help support both current and future policing needs.

We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills, technical understanding, and a collaborative mindset. You will have a keen eye for detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to maintaining the highest professional standards in line with the policing Code of Ethics.

Shift Pattern:

Monday - Thursday 0800-1600

Friday 0830-1600
