Citizens in Policing Training Supervisor

The holder of this post will supervise a team of Trainers who are responsible for delivering training, learning and development solutions to new and existing Special Constables and Volunteers, in support of the organisation’s strategic aims, objectives and performance targets. The post holder will also be expected to deliver training as part of their role.

This post requires flexible working to include regular evening and weekends on an average once or twice a month, it is hybrid role when not completing face to face training at the weekend.
