Role Purpose: 

  • To provide comprehensive administrative support to a range of key HR activity relating to Workforce Planning, People Services projects and other core People Services activity.
  • To maintain and develop systems and processes identifying any opportunities for improvements.
  • To work proactively as part of the People Services team in the delivery of a responsive professional service delivered with pace, passion, and precision.

  • Able to work as part of the wider team.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines, responding positively under pressure.
  • Excellent ICT/keyboard skills specifically Microsoft Excel to aid data assessment.
  • Logical thinker able to analyse and solve queries.
  • Excellent communication and able to demonstrate high level customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated with an interest in HR.
  • A proactive member of the HR team, able to engage with key stakeholders to improve their experience.

  • Sgiliau TGCh/allweddell rhagorol - Microsoft Excel yn benodol, er mwyn cynorthwyo asesu data.

  • Cyfathrebu gwych a gallu arddangos sgiliau gwasanaeth cwsmeriaid lefel uchel.
  • Hunanysgogol gyda diddordeb mewn AD.
  • Aelod rhagweithiol o'r tîm AD, gan allu ymgysylltu gyda rhanddeiliaid allweddol er mwyn gwella eu profiad.

Education, Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience:

  • NVQ3 level qualification or equivalent and relevant experience.
  • Basic understanding of core Organisational Development/Workforce Planning functions and admin procedures.
  • Data Protection and FOI.
  • Basic knowledge of employment legislation and HR policies and procedures.
  • Basic understanding of employment law.
  • Basic understanding of qualitative and quantitative analytical techniques.
  • Previous experience in providing a customer focussed service.
  • Previous experience of providing general administrative support within an organisation.
  • Previous experience of data research.
  • Previous experience of problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
