Workforce Planning AdministratorRole Purpose:
- To provide comprehensive administrative support to a range of key HR activity relating to Workforce Planning, People Services projects and other core People Services activity.
- To maintain and develop systems and processes identifying any opportunities for improvements.
- To work proactively as part of the People Services team in the delivery of a responsive professional service delivered with pace, passion, and precision.

Education, Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience:
- NVQ3 level qualification or equivalent and relevant experience.
- Basic understanding of core Organisational Development/Workforce Planning functions and admin procedures.
- Data Protection and FOI.
- Basic knowledge of employment legislation and HR policies and procedures.
- Basic understanding of employment law.
- Basic understanding of qualitative and quantitative analytical techniques.
- Previous experience in providing a customer focussed service.
- Previous experience of providing general administrative support within an organisation.
- Previous experience of data research.
- Previous experience of problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
