Contracts Oversight Manager
Location – United Kingdom (hybrid working, remote plus travel)
Permanent, Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)
Salary up to £40,469 plus generous benefits package

We’re looking a Contracts Oversight Manager to work as part of the Professional Services team, to support the successful delivery of the contract management lifecycle.
We are seeking candidates with a strong background in developing terms and conditions and overseeing large, complex contracts. The ideal candidate will have the CIPS Contract Management Certification, experience in creating business systems and processes, with a key focus on managing commercial contract disputes. You will collaborate closely with teams across Procurement, Legal Services, Security and senior management functions. The role includes reporting on performance, identifying emerging trends and contributing to organisational strategy and risk management efforts. Additionally, you will provide proactive support to contract managers throughout the organisation, offering guidance and sharing best practices. In certain cases, you will directly manage high-risk and high-value contracts.
Role Responsibilities:
- Ensure effective performance and supplier management,
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and mapping to establish key suppliers and contracts,
- Identify potential risks or opportunities for the organisation
- Challenge contract delivery against agreed KPIs and SLAs,
- Develop a responsibility assignment matrix for all relevant contracts,
- Design and recommend minimum competence and training standards for contract managers,
- Develop mechanisms to ensure continued alignment during contract lifetime with relevant key functional leads,
- Develop best practice guidance in respect of managing supplier performance and management of dispute resolution, and
- Working alongside Procurement colleagues, developing processes to determine and manage supplier debarment.
- Assist the Procurement Team and Legal Services team in developing standard contract terms.
This role has been assessed as suitable for remote working You will be expected to travel across the specific region to CNC sites when required.
