Role: Fleet I.T Volunteer
Department: CSU – Community Safety Unit
Location: Clough Road
Hours: 2 Hours per week
Contract: Volunteer.
Key Responsibilities:
- To check the computers in the writing room and briefing room on a regular basis to ensure all units are working as they should.
- Report and faults straight to I.T services through the Help Me system.
- Monitor printers to ensure they are functioning and reorder toner as required.
- Ensure screens and docks are in working order.
- Check there is sufficient charge in batteries.
What the role requires:
- T skills knowledge.
- Able to work alone with minimum supervision.
- Previous experience in a confidential environment.
- Provide a plan for the day/update at the end.
- Good communication skills.
