Leadership Development Trainer - Police Staff
Nottinghamshire Police are committed to developing and building leadership skills and capabilities across the organisation. The Proud to Lead Academy are looking to recruit a Leadership Development Trainer, based at the Joint Force Headquarters, to join the team.
This is a full-time role working a 37-hour week.
The Proud to Lead Academy was established in 2024 to deliver training and development in line with the requirements of the Police Leadership Programme (PLP) outlined by the College of Policing and the National Centre for Police Leadership.
The delivery team is made up of exceptional and highly motivated L&D professionals who are subject matter experts in leadership development, who contribute to the Force vision of delivering an outstanding service we can all be proud of.
As a Leadership Development Trainer, you will support the delivery and aims of the Proud to Lead Academy, by designing and delivering a range of high quality and impactful training products to officers and staff.
You will have proven knowledge and experience in both leadership and training delivery.
