Service Delivery Manager - Police Staff
Are you interested in undertaking a pivotal role in the management, coordination and development and of a number of critical functions that underpin the successful running of a busy and dynamic Police Control Room? Are you experienced in working in such an environment and have a detailed understanding of Police Emergency Call Handling and Dispatching? If so, then we would like to hear from you.

Make no mistake this is a demanding but highly rewarding role that is responsible for maintaining effective operational deliver whilst also being at the forefront of delivering new and improved ways of working. As such you must have the ability to operate at pace, be flexible and have a unrelenting thirst for continued improvement and effective service delivery.
