Commercial Services is part of the Enabling Services Directorate provided by Staffordshire Police, to ensure all our Officers are supported with the correct tools to be able to deliver their critical jobs.

The Insurance Apprentice will be responsible for supporting the Insurance Unit team in the administration and the management of insurance claims, assist in the investigation of claims, to retrieve the necessary documentation and data and to understand the Force insurance arrangements, whilst also having support and guidance to commit to, and work towards, achieving the Level 3 Insurance Apprenticeship programme.

Although Public Sector or some basic insurance experience would be great, it’s not essential – Maths and English at GCSE however, are essential.
