As Chief Constable, I am seeking a visionary leader who is comfortable with complexity and experienced in operating in a dynamic environment. You will be energetic, highly motivated and operationally strong. You must be resilient and willing to play a significant part in leading the force as we continue our journey to become an outstanding organisation.
Salary: £120,489 - £135,756
Location: You will work across Warwickshire but be based at Police Headquarters, Leek Wootton. Financial support towards accommodation / travel costs will be provided where applicable.

For colleagues who are shortlisted for interview you must be available on the selection date of 26 March 2025.
Applications are welcomed from substantive Assistant Chief Constables or substantive Chief Superintendents who have successfully completed the Senior Police National Assessment Centre (PNAC) and the Strategic Command Course (SCC) or are currently undertaking the Executive Leaders Programme.
