We are looking for innovative, operationally credible, and capable individuals who have a proven track record of improving performance to help us remain one of the safest places in the country.Our sergeants are one of the most critical leadership roles in the force. As well as tackling the day-to-day operational challenges that policing brings, you are also required to ensure the effective daily supervision, guidance and support of officers and staff ensuring that your teams perform to the best of their ability.
