Head Of Change
The Head of Change will lead on the development and delivery of a transformational change pipeline for the force whilst providing programme management, co-ordination and monitoring, ensuring the delivery of large scale and complex transformation and change programmes.They will direct the development and effective running of the change management team for the force as well as setting up and developing a newly established Programme Management Office.
