Warwickshire Police is a force that is incredibly proud of its history and the strong relationships we enjoy with our communities, partners and stakeholders alike.
As Chief Constable, I am seeking an outstanding leader with a proven track record as our next Deputy Chief Constable. You must be resilient and willing to play a significant part in leading the force as we continue our journey to become an outstanding organisation.
The successful applicant will become a member of the Executive Team but will be part of a much wider senior leadership team who work collaboratively to bring about positive change. You will have strong inter-personal skills and be effective in the way you build and maintain positive working relationships across the force, and with our many partners.
This post requires a visionary leader who is comfortable with complexity and experienced in operating in a dynamic environment.
Salary: £144,687
Location: You will work across Warwickshire but be based at Police Headquarters, Leek Wootton.
