Fleet Maintenance Co-ordinator
Lead a regional team in the delivery of day to day work allocations and ensure time and quality standards are met throughout the Regional Fleet maintenance hubs / mobile working units. Ensuring they are run in an effective and efficient manner. Financial responsibility for all maintenance tasks up to a pre agreed limit, including checking and authorising invoices.
Prepare and execute accurate planning schedules to ensure vehicles are maintained in line with policy and legal requirements.
Manage adequate staffing levels at all hubs within their area ensuring appropriate levels relating to operational demand.
Manage the computerised fleet management system, including the inputting and collation of accurate data to identify trend analysis for the provision of management information.
