Specialist Project Manager

The purpose of this role is to identify and deliver on opportunities to engage minoritised voices in the work of the SVRU, influencing the strategy of the SVRU.

To develop a collaborative approach to reducing violence in targeted areas of need in an evidence informed approach.

Providing leadership and providing expert advice on specific approaches and projects–especially on how to ensure they, the voices of those impacted by violence are at the heart of the work of the SVRU and, where appropriate, our partner agencies.

To develop and enhance the SVRUs partnership approach; influencing at the highest level to achieve Scottish Government agreed outcomes and the Violence Prevention Framework.

A driving license is desirable for this role.
