ViSOR Local Point of Contact
In this role you will provide administrative support in relation to the use of the National ViSOR System and deliver training to staff within Force in the use of ViSOR.
You will have excellent communication and problem solving skills with experience of communicating with internal/external customers at all levels and dealing with complaints from various sources. The ability to work confidentially and independently in a flexible manner is required along with good analytical skills in order to record and capture fine detail. Experience of using Microsoft office applications in particular excel to review and interpret data is desirable.
