As the HSE Adviser you will play a vital role in creating a culture of safety & health within a dynamic, risk based organisation.

About you

Experience in HSE management, with a good understanding of H&S law and regulations.
Good knowledge of the unique challenges faced in a bluelight organisation.
Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive change through effective engagement
A record of evidence-led projects that have resulted in significant improvements in safety and environmental practices
A high level of positive energy and enthusiasm for the role
To be qualified to or working towards with a commitment to complete a level 5 in a health and safety related qualification such as a graduate member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH).
