Head of Organisational Learning and Development

As our Head of Organisational Learning and Development you will support our force’s vision to be an “outstanding force”, designing, developing, and implementing learning and development programmes to ensure our workforce is equipped for now and for the future.
You’ll take responsibility of creating an effective and customer focused service, maximising the potential and performance of our organisation.
What you’ll be doing:
- Developing and implementing L&D strategies and plans
- Driving a culture that embeds the highest level of professional and ethical practice and behaviour
- Guiding, developing, and motivating the L&D department, providing visible direction
About you:
- You’ll have experience of developing a Learning and Development function within a complex organisation
- Have the ability to identify strategic development needs within L&D
- You’ll have experience of managing and embedding cultural and behavioural organisational change
Salary £62,946-£71,184
Full Time, 37 hours per week
