Video Production Officer
This is an outstanding opportunity to join North Wales Police as a Video Production Officer. You’ll be joining on a full time permanent contract within an organisation that will truly support your success in the workplace.
The Web Development team is responsible for the design and development of digital and social media channels and
applications for North Wales Police.

What will I need to be considered for the role?
- A degree in media and television production, or similar course, or able to evidence proven relevant experience.
- Experience of working within a studio environment, lighting, sound and cameras.
- Experience with pre-production, production and post-production techniques.
- Experience of producing scripts and storyboards for studio or outdoor projects.
- Experience of video and sound editing and enhancement.
- Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software packages.
- Experience developing content for digital platforms.
- Proven communication skills, both written and oral, together with the ability to work well in a small team environment and to work to a high standard and strict deadline.
- The ability to prioritise workloads and respond positively under pressure.
- The role requires applicants who are self-motivated, who can work as part of a team and can use their own initiative.

Welsh
North Wales Police are a bilingual organisation and for this role, you’ll need to demonstrate Level 2 Spoken Welsh skills, which means you’re able to give and ask for personal details and basic information; to make simple requests and say a few phrases about yourself in Welsh.
