Recruitment & Development Coordinator

We are currently recruiting for two Recruitment and Development Co-ordinators on a full-time permanent basis, based in the area of Nottinghamshire, Vicinity of Junction 27 (off the M1).
With previous experience of using HR management Information Systems, you will be responsible for supporting the aims of the organisation by providing an efficient and effective service in a confidential environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing reports, presentations, update spreadsheets, information systems and other records ensuring accuracy and distribution to agreed time scales.
- Delivering Recruitment and Selection training to officers and staff of all levels within EMSOU.
- Understanding the HR policies and procedures used by all 5 forces within the East Midlands and be able to interpret and apply these when providing advice to staff/officers.
The must haves
- You must hold or be willing to study for Level 3 CIPD (or equivalent) or have equivalent work experience.
- Experience of working in an HR environment or similar gaining exposure to, and an understanding of, core HR/core deliverables.
- Experience of using initiative and taking responsibility for decisions within the parameters of your remit to overcome customer enquiries and technical issues.

- For part time hours the salary will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, this is based on the number of hours for the vacancy.
- Salary – Grade 4 - £30,468 - £34,329
- Due to MV/SC Vetting requirements, you must hold 5 years continuous residency within the UK at the time of application.
