HR Coordinator
Salary up to £26,048 plus a £2,000 South East Allowance per annum (for individuals based at Culham) plus generous benefits package

The Civil Nuclear Constabulary (CNC) is an armed police service that’s dedicated to the nuclear industry. As an HR Coordinator, you’ll join our HR team to provide support and advice on all aspects of HR events.
Our team provides an outstanding HR service to the organisation. HR employee lifecycle is a critical part of the team’s work, and you’ll do everything you can to ensure our processes work effectively. You’ll coordinate the process of our employee lifecycle and provide first-line customer facing support for all generalist HR queries, being proactive and supporting our customers to ensure requests are processed efficiently and accurately. You’ll support in areas from pensions, providing HR data and supporting the Case Management Advisors; maintaining records and attending management meetings to provide support when required.
You’ll have a sound working knowledge of MS Office and administration experience. It would be advantageous if you held or were working towards a CIPD qualification. You’ll use these skills to deal with a varied workload and consistently working to timeframes, so being highly organised with a keen eye for detail is essential. This role involves lots of teamwork – so good interpersonal skills are key. At times, you'll work unsupervised, so you’ll need the initiative to tackle problems and make decisions. This role has been assessed as suitable for regular homeworking, which will be done on a 40% / 60% split between remote and office working. Some travel to our sites across the country may be required as part of this role.
