  • ESP

Special Constables often balance their time between volunteering, their paid employment and family commitments.

Employer supported Policing is a National scheme owned by the Home Office. It is an effective partnership between employers, their staff and the Police Service, devised to support Citizens in Policing in their voluntary duties during working hours.

With many organisations already supporting ESP, your employer may already be one of these and if they are not we can help you explore this with your employer. If you would like to find out more please contact us on talentacquisition@wiltshire.police.uk
