Regional Scientific Support Services forms part of West Yorkshire Police, serving the Yorkshire and Humber Police forces.

This is a permanent post within a small team based in Wakefield, which offers flexible working between 7am and 7pm , Monday to Friday.

We are looking for someone to join our team and help provide a clerical and administration service to the Forensic Services unit.

The role includes verifying and recording financial data, identifying and researching discrepancies, preparing reports, maintaining information on computer systems and Microsoft products , and conducting quality checks on documentation.

The team needs someone with good literacy and numeracy skills and the ability to use a range of computerised systems and packages, including Microsoft Office: word and excel.

The successful candidate must be able to prioritise work load , have strong communication skills and demonstrate a keen attention to detail.
