- CIP - Volunteer Opportunity - In The Know Volunteer - Contact Volunteer
Lancashire Constabulary are looking for volunteers to join the In The Know Team!
Your role as an In The Know volunteer - Contact Volunteer will be to support The Neighbourhood development team, contact members of the public signed up to in the know whose information needs updating. You will also:
- Contact those members of the public that are signed up to in the know messaging service, whose contact information is missing and update their information on ITK.
- Contact People signed up to ITK via telephone, email or letter asking them to update their personal information on the system.
- Actively advise and engage members of the public’s interest and assist with their registration.
- Undertake relevant training.
