Town Enquiry Officer - Grantham
The successful candidate will provide an efficient and comprehensive enquiry service to members of the public both face to face and via the telephone. Additionally, to provide a wide-ranging and well organised administration service to departments based within the station.They will demonstrate the force values at all times. All staff involved in carrying out functions in this role will do so in accordance with the principles of the Code of Ethics. The aim of the Code of Ethics is to support each member of the policing profession to deliver the highest professional standards in their service to the public.
This role attracts a weekend shift allowance. Fixed rest day pattern and working hours allocated on working days - working hours variable as required by business. The shift pattern repeats over a ten week cycle.
Full UK Driving License required as successful candidate will occasionally be expected to work at other local Police Stations.
