Administrative Support Officer (Property Services)
In this exciting role you will have responsibility for managing/coordinating the provision of administrative support functions for all Property Services staff and to undertake specific responsibilities for key/priority department support activities. Manage the provision of effective Reception and Post Room services for the entire Headquarters North site and provide support for Headquarters South when required.
You must have a good standard of education, excellent literacy and numeric skills, and the ability to take minutes with good communication skills. Proven interpersonal skills are essential together with an ability to promote professional working relationships with personnel at all levels. Recent experience of working in an office environment is required with evidence demonstrating discretion, tact and diplomacy, initiative, and flexibility.
