Full Job Title: Transferee - PC - National Firearms Instructor
Location: Hindlip
Full Time/Part Time: Full Time
Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday 9-5 but significant flexibility is available if needed
Applications are sought for the role of National Firearms Instructor based at Hindlip.
Please note there is no requirement for you to be a current National Firearms Instructor to apply but you must be an operational AFO.
Experience within the Specialist Firearms Officer and Close Protection role profile is a desirable asset.
Within the role, you will be required to plan, prepare and deliver relevant firearms training to all Armed Response Vehicle Officers. You will provide a response to firearms incidents by offering additional ARV or Tactical Firearms cover/resilience as dictated by demand.
In addition, you will plan, prepare and deliver relevant firearms awareness training as appropriate to Police Officers and Staff.
