Are you looking for a role that will help support the communities of Gloucestershire by adding value to the service we provide to the public? If so, please consider transferring to Gloucestershire Constabulary. With our Enhanced Operating Model we have created a dedicated countywide Response department whose core role will be to respond to Grade 1 and Grade 2 incidents.

We are keen to hear from you if you have the skills, knowledge and experience as a Response Police Constable, who will add value to our organisation and support our values and intent. We are seeking officers who take a collegiate approach, work as a team and make robust decisions based on the application of THRIVE.

We are committed to the wellbeing and development of our staff so that together we can deliver the very best service to victims and our communities.

You must be able to work a full range of shifts (earlies, lates, nights) and be able to do the full range of shift working including bank holidays and weekends. Part-time and flexible working options are available.
