Job Title: Operation Perth Police Staff Investigator Level 2 (Fixed Term for 2 years plus - it is anticipated the Investigation for this role will be in surplus of the 2-year period)

Hours: 37 per week, working Mon-Friday office hours

Part time/flexible working options will be considered

Salary range: £30,783 to £34,968 per annum (pro-rata if part time)

Based at: Nottinghamshire area (exact location to be confirmed)

Nottinghamshire Police currently have exciting opportunities for highly organised, self-motivated individuals that have the ability to engage with people to join our wider policing team.

 

We are seeking to recruit a number of individuals to assist in the investigation of Operation Perth – Maternity Investigations Unit.

Operation Perth will commence in Spring 2024.

 

Main Purpose of Role

Must be PIP Level 2 qualified - as a qualified PIP2 Investigator, you will conduct serious and complex investigations, interview victims and witnesses in relation to serious and complex investigations and interview suspects in relation to serious and complex investigations.  To prepare and complete files in accordance with court deadlines, legislation, and force policy, ensuring that crimes under investigation are compliant with Criminal Procedure and Investigations Act 1996 (CPIA) and the Victims Charter.
