The Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner for Essex is seeking an exceptional candidate with a good understanding and experience of restorative justice to join our Restorative and Mediation Service. The candidate will have good communication and organisational skills in order to support the work of the Restorative and Mediation Service.
The post holder will be responsible for the delivery and coordination of a range of restorative services delivered by the Essex Restorative and Mediation Service, including managing referrals, managing cases and supporting our team of volunteer facilitators.
The PFCC’s Office seeks a team player who is determined, outcome driven, self-motivated, and able to deliver effectively in a partnership environment.
The successful candidate may come from a range of different professional backgrounds, including community safety, mediation, and criminal justice.
