Clerical Assistant
To work as part of a team carrying out a range of Mail Room duties and clerical functions within the Glasgow Mail Room.
Knowledgeable and versed in the Mail Management Standard Operating Procedure the jobholder will offer customer service at an internal counter, issuing mail, responding to general enquiries and offering or seeking appropriate advice.
Working to inflexible daily timelines in line with the Service Level Agreement, the jobholder will be disciplined in maintaining a consistent pace.
The role requires a team player, capable of working flexibly in a multi-tasking environment.
