We're on the lookout for a HR Services Officer to join the passionate team supporting our policing family where you will offer a resilient customer focussed service and provide valuable 1st line advice to Derbyshire Constabulary and Leicestershire Police in a fast-faced environment.

What you’ll be doing

Provide a high quality service covering recruitment, training and post-employment.
Maintain accurate and secure HR data.
Contribute to the continuous development of the HR Shared Service Centre.

The must haves

Experience managing confidential information with professionalism and care.
Background in HR and providing advice on policies and processes.
Outstanding customer service skills.
