If so we are looking for an Administrator to provide an efficient administrative and support service to the force and external partners based at Kenneth Steele House (KSH), Bristol. KSH offers free on site parking, gym and canteen. It is also located within walking distance of Avonmeads business park.
Your role will include:
- Taking a proactive role in delivering range of admin services to support the organisation such as providing petty cash, creating ID cards, maintaining stock levels of stationery and consumables.
- Delivering excellent customer service face to face, electronically and over the telephone
- Prioritising your workload to ensure deadlines are met
- Keeping accurate records for audit purposes
What do you need?
- Excellent customer service skills and experience of working in an administrative environment
- Proficient in the use of IT systems such as Microsoft Office.
- Experience would of using SAP or similar systems would would desirable but not essential.
- Ability to prioritise your workload
- Good analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to collect and collate data
- Full UK driving license, as you will be required to complete site checks around our force area.
