Personal Assistant

Our Personal Assistants support our senior leaders, providing a proactive, efficient and confidential service to them. They manage, organise and plan to ensure that the senior leaders have the right things at the right time.

This job is busy, you will be doing a wide range of daily tasks including, reviewing and managing emails, booking in appointments, taking notes at meetings as well as writing up documents and correspondence. This role is fast paced and daily priorities can be changeable, so you need to be a quick thinker and find the best solution to completing deadlines or requests in a timely manner.

What do you need?

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Previous administration experience
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages
  • Experience and/or ability of arranging and preparing meetings
  • To be able to demonstrate our Organisations values.
