Learning and Quality Specialist

Are you a confident and passionate trainer with a strong ability to deliver high-quality training? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Learning & Quality Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the consistent quality of our training delivery and products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Excellence: Recruit, train, coach, develop, and assess Learning and Development practitioners.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards across all curriculum areas through rigorous quality assurance of programmes.
  • Performance Management: Manage your own performance and support others to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
  • Effective Communication: Communicate ideas and information clearly at all levels within and outside the organisation.
  • Influence and Negotiation: Use your skills to negotiate and influence effectively.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in coaching, problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Expertise in blended learning approaches, incorporating new technology with traditional methods.
  • Strong ability to adopt a flexible working approach, as training and assessment may occur in various locations.
  • Full UK driving licence.

Qualifications:

  • Level 3 or above in Learning and Development.
  • Award in Assessing Competence in the Work Environment or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience in assessment.
