Accreditation & Quality Specialist
We have an exciting opportunity to join the Accreditation, Quality & Leadership Team as an Accreditation and Quality Specialist.
This post will work within 2 teams in Accreditation, Quality and Leadership, line managing and internally quality assuring a team of Development Assessment Officers, who ensure the Operational Competence of Student Officers through to confirmation in post.
Coach, support and quality assure Tutor Constables assessment practice and decisions of Student Officers through to Independent Patrol.
Quality Assure Special Constables portfolios and Neighbourhood Policing portfolios as part of the new Neighbourhood Policing Programme.
The successful candidate will hold the relevant Assessor and Internal Quality Assurance qualifications, have excellent interpersonal skills, including the proven ability to influence others and manage challenging situations successfully. This candidate will also have experience of delivering learning opportunities to groups and individuals.
