Service Improvement Support Officer
Help support and provide a positive service to our communities.
As a Service Improvement Support Officer you will be focusing on supporting the telephone Research Bureau Coordinator, extracting and collating the survey samples for crime incidents. Using your excellent communication skills, you will offer guidance and support on your areas of research to students, colleagues and officers at all levels of the organisation.
What you’ll be doing:
- Acting as a point of contact for the Force providing advice and guidance on internal and external research requests.
- Assist in coaching officers and staff of Leicestershire Police in research methodologies.
- Horizon scan from research ongoing by the College of Policing, Practice Bank, Home Office, EMPAC and Universities.
The must haves
- Experience of data collection and presentation.
- Experience in delivering effective training.
- Excellent report-writing skills.
