We have an exciting opportunity to join the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC) as an Administrator on a fixed term basis. Working as part of the Governance team, you will provide vital administrative support delivering a first-class service using your exceptional IT, communication and organisational skills.
You’ll be
- Creating and maintaining digital and paper filing systems to hold key data.
- Managing enquiries and correspondence, preparing letters and reports with accuracy.
- Arranging meetings and producing typed statements and minutes.
You must be
- Proficient in text production, word processing, Excel and audio transcription.
- Competent using databases to input and retrieve data.
- Experience in confidential secretarial and administrative support.
