Job Title: Royalty & Specialist Protection Leadership Support Administrator
Salary: The starting salary is £36,228 which includes allowances totalling £3,009.
The salary is broken down as £33,219 basic salary, which will increase annually until you reach the top of the scale £35,541 Plus, a location allowance of £2,009 and a non-pensionable allowance of £1,000.
Location: Lambeth
RaSP provides personal close protection to members of the Royal Family and Ministerial VIPs in the UK and abroad. They also provide protection to various foreign dignitaries visiting the UK and are responsible for protecting Royal residences in London, Windsor and Scotland.
Responsibilities:
Working as part of the Leadership Support team you will play an important part in delivering business support services which enable our frontline and senior leaders to operate effectively. With an eye for detail and a good grasp of mainstream Microsoft Office products your work will represent the professionalism and values of Royalty & Specialist Protection.
Working directly with senior leaders and other important internal and external partners, the range of tasks you will deliver could include;
- Administrative support to senior leaders including meeting co-ordination and minute taking, often with important partners
- Administrative support to change projects and new initiatives
- Managing and monitoring various email accounts, dealing with or directing requests efficiently.
- Working to deadlines in a multi-tasking environment.
- Organising and manipulating data.
- Planning and implementing data improvement work.
- Co-ordinating events and workshops including logistics, venue and communication.
