About the Programme
You’ll begin your training at our Hutton HQ before joining an operational policing team. From day one, you’ll develop real-world skills through:

Entry Requirements
- 2 A-Levels / Level 3 equivalent
- GCSE Maths & English (Grade C/4)
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence
- Experience in roles such as PCSO, Special Constable, Custody Detention Officer, or Control Room may count even without academic qualifications (after tenure period)
