You’ll be

  • Coordinating and managing science and innovation projects regionally.
  • Championing new approaches and supporting others to turn concepts into practical outcomes.
  • Building relationships across policing, academia, industry and national networks to spark collaboration and share best practice.

You must have

  • Experience delivering successful complex change projects from planning to implementation.
  • A proven record of improving efficiency and effectiveness with a passion for improvement.
  • Strong leadership skills, helping shape the direction of the regional innovation network.
