This is a rewarding opportunity to join the Workforce Planning team within North Wales Police. We are recruiting for a permanent post within our organisation that will truly support your success in the workplace.
You will be required to demonstrate in your application the minimum requirement for the role:
- Good working knowledge of equality and diversity issues, and an understanding of recruitment best practice, and have a basic knowledge of the relevant legislation.
- Community engagement experience: evidence of success in breaking down barriers and building trust.
- Proven experience in influencing individual behaviours and the implementation of policies/procedures.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt language, form and messaging to meet the needs of different people/ audiences. Able to develop effective working relationships with colleagues, partners and other stakeholders, understanding their needs and concerns.
- The ability to assimilate, interpret and evaluate statistical and written information.
- Problem solving skills.
- Able to travel within the force area for events and engagement.
