Our HR Advisor role is to assist the Head of People Command and the HR Team deliver an effective HR service to the Force.What You’ll Do
Supervisory responsibility for HR Co-ordinators including work allocation, quality assurance and performance management.
To provide a full range of advice, coaching and guidance on HR policies and procedures, employment law and best practice to individuals and managers.
To administer, implement, maintain, and review appropriate HR processes and procedures.
