Cumbria Constabulary is looking to appoint an analytics & Evaluation Manager to join the Standards, Insight and Performance Command. This is a key role managing the provision of accurate, incisive and progressive analytics, evaluation and research capability, supporting the organisational improvement and helping raise outcomes for the communities of Cumbria.

You will lead a team of analysts and Information Assistants, delivering high quality strategic analysis products, including performance and demand assessments for senior leaders and corporate governance. You will provide expert advice across the organisation, identify operational and organisational performance risks, and support strong decision making through evidence-based insight.

This post is offered as a 12 month fixed-term contract to provide cover for the existing post holder, who will be temporarily seconded to support a Business Intelligence programme of work. There is the potential for the fixed term contract to be extended beyond the initial 12 months, subject to business need.
