Familiarisation Event @ Solberge Kennels
When: Monday 16th February
Time : 10:00-13:00 hours
Covering the following;
- Visit the NYP Dog Unit at our Kennels.
- You will be hosted by SGT Gareth Gummerson and one of the experienced Dog Trainers
- Visit our force kennels, have a tour of the site.
- Meet the team.
- Synopsis and overview of NYP dogs Section.
- Q&A Session.
- Build your understanding of what we do in order support your application.
N.B: To attend you must have passed your probation and be a Police Dog handler in a UK Home Office Police Force.
Registration closes on 13th February 2026 at 12:00 hours.
