Staff - Local Resilience Forum Training and Exercise Officer
The Training and Exercise Officer will support the Northamptonshire Prepared Local Resilience Forum (LRF) Business Manager to strengthen LRF coordination and secretariat capability in training and exercising. They will be informed by national, regional, and local good practice, and will ensure partner objectives are met. They will provide assurance that all commanders attending multi-agency incidents are competent at the level of role they are performing, and familiar with those roles they are working with.
The post-holder may be working with the forum, other forums, groups of partners, or individual partners.
