Join Our Team as an ICT Applications Officer Team Leader

Are you passionate about technology and service delivery? Do you thrive in a leadership role where you can make a real impact? We’re looking for an ICT Applications Officer Team Leader to lead our dynamic ICT Applications Business Team.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and Inspire: Manage a team of ICT Application Officers, ensuring they deliver exceptional support to users across the organisation.
  • Collaborate and Represent: Work closely with internal teams, partners, and third-party suppliers, representing the Applications Team at key meetings.
  • Drive Innovation: Champion continuous improvement of ICT applications to enhance business processes and user experience.
  • Stay Flexible: Occasionally provide on-call support for system upgrades or technical issues outside core hours.

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualifications: ITIL Foundation (or willingness to achieve) and GCSE Maths & English (or equivalent).
  • Technical Skills: Ability to interrogate systems and produce accurate reports, including graphs and statistics, to inform decision-making.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of Health & Safety, Equality, Data Protection, and relevant legislation.
