Superintendent Opportunities
We are looking to recruit into current and projected Superintendent vacancies, across both uniform and detective portfolios. Applications are invited from substantive Chief Inspectors with a minimum of 12 months serving in rank looking for promotion to the rank of Superintendent, and substantive Superintendents looking for lateral development or a new challenge.To be successful, you will have the operational and leadership credibility to help ensure we provide the best policing service we can for our communities. You will have a strong commitment to promoting a positive culture within the workplace, demonstrating highest respect for diversity and inclusion amongst your colleagues and our communities. A track record for delivering improvements, demonstrating innovation and openness to change will be essential.
